"Exchange went through, just took a bit"
I needed to do an exchange and it did end up working out. No big drama there. But the return updates were slow, honestly. I kept checking and not seeing much change for a while. Eventually it all moved along, just wish the tracking or status updates had been quicker

"Logo looks suspicious"
I’m annoyed because the licensed logo just doesn’t look right at all. It feels off, like maybe it isn’t even legit, and that’s on them for letting something like this pass. If it’s supposed to be official, they really should make sure it actually looks official.

"Restock emails were basically too late"
I signed up for restock alerts for a hat I wanted, and I was actually checking my email often because I’ve been trying to find a decent hat for sunny walks and random weekend errands. But by the time the email came through, it was already sold out again. Then it happened a second time, which was annoying. I do like their stuff overall, but the restock notifications make it seem like you’ll have a real chance, and in my case they didn’t help much at all.

"Shipping wasn’t quite what I expected"
My order itself was totally fine, and the 47brand items were good, but the shipping updates were a little all over the place. I expected the tracking to be more accurate, but it said my package was delivered even though it didn’t actually show up until the next day. Not a huge deal in the end, just wish the delivery experience felt a bit more reliable

"Wish I’d ordered it sooner"
I grabbed a hat from 47brand i kind of wish I hadn’t waited so long. It showed up looking just like the photos, the color, logo size, and fit were all exactly what I was expecting. No weird surprises at all, which is always a relief when ordering online.

"Decent hat, but not sure it was worth the price"
I’m kind of torn on this one. Some of the hat designs are really nice, and that’s what pulled me in, but the price feels a bit high for what you actually get. The hat I bought was fine, not terrible at all, but also not something that really impressed me. I expected it to feel a little better quality for the cost. I might consider buying again if there’s a good sale, but at full price, probably not.

i ordered a hat from 47brand.com and figured it would take a bit to get here. the shipping email came through quickly, and then the package showed up at my door just a couple days later.
everything was packed well, and there weren’t any delays or weird tracking updates to deal with. it was a simple order, but the fast delivery definitely made it a good experience. i’d order from them again.

"I’m a big fan of ’47…"
I’m a big fan of ’47 Brand stuff. Their hats have that chill, broken-in look without coming off sloppy or cheap, which is kinda hard to find. The designs are clean too, not super loud, no giant logos taking over the whole thing. Colors are easy to throw on with regular outfits, so it’s basically no-brainer everyday gear. I’d definitely cop more.

I was a little confused about my order and wasn’t totally sure what I needed to ask, but customer service got back to me fast. The hat itself arrived in good shape, so I’m happy about that. The box was smashed up though, which made me a little nervous when I first saw it. To me, it felt like the packaging wasn’t quite sturdy enough, even if the product ended up being okay

I ordered a hat the tracking was disappointing. It sat on “label created” for days with no real updates, then out of nowhere it finally showed up later than expected. The hat itself was totally fine, so no complaints there, but the shipping updates felt kind of useless and made the whole thing more annoying than it needed to be.

"Rewards are actually worth using"
I’ve ordered from 47Brand a few times now, mostly for hats, and I’ll admit I always get a little uneasy right after paying online, like I’m waiting to see if everything actually goes through the way it should. But so far, my orders have been fine and the points showed up quickly after each purchase.
The rewards aren’t some massive discount or anything, but it’s nice getting a little money off without having to jump through hoops. Using the points at checkout was simple, and the site has worked smoothly for me so far.

"Cute hat, but a bit small!!"
The hat fits okay, but it definitely runs smaller than I expected!! I can still wear it, but I wish I’d sized up or known it would be a little snug!!!
